It was only a three minute walk from the quay to the apartment mentioned by the inventor.

"This is the place. In Dutch we would call it the first floor but they call it the second floor in the U.S. if I'm not mistaken".

"Correct. I'm curious about the next glasses in your shoe box. Can I see them?"

"Of course you can". The inventor took the box from his rucksack and opened it. "This is a classic pair of vintage cat eye glasses. I lived here until 1959 so you might land in that era".

"These glasses look great. I will give them a try. Let's see what happens".
