The inventor removed the pince-nez and handed a different antique pair to the model.
"You can put these on now. They have straight arms and there is no risk that they fall off. The lenses are minus three. It will only be a matter of seconds for your eyes to adapt".
"Thank you. I would not mind to see those fields again"
"Well, all depends on the age of these steel glasses. If they are from the 1920's, you may witness the construction of the Lane and the houses. But there is a fair chance that you will land in the same field again"
The model put the antique glasses on with great care.
