Between the end of the cat eye era in 1963 and the arrival of larger frames in 1967 most of the frame design was small and compact. Clearly no style for Dana. Only one pair from the mid sixties sprang to mind. The only problem was that the frame has broken beyond repair a couple of years ago. Time for some precautions. The glasses made their journey to Prague in an original hard case from the sixties. If you observe this photo closely, you can see the break. Anyway, Dana put the glasses on her nose with great care and she started posing. Five models preceded her but it's unlikely that anyone will follow her. Nothing lasts forever.... So be it. And at least we have the photos!
