Christian Dior took the stage by storm when they launched their first collection of glasses in 1976. Literally everything about their frames was revolutionary, yet their style was consistent. One could recognize Dior glasses from the far end of the street. Needless to say, I kept following each new collection of Dior glasses and watched how their style evolved. The glasses shown here to great effect by Nicole were made in 1978 or 1979. Big compliment, Nicole, for the killer looks in this portrait!
