Two tables filled with glasses were in readiness when Carla arrived. Before starting the actual photo shoot, the model selects the glasses with the help of a hand mirror. This is the standard procedure and always an interesting experience. There were many Silhouette glasses on the tables and also quite a few by Christian Dior. A lady of excellent taste, Carla chose this Christian Dior pair straightaway and I fully agreed with her choice. Her posing in this pair was great, but during the editing phase I noticed that there was something all too familiar in the images.... A check of my catalog solved the question. It revealed that Carla already posed in these glasses during her first photo shoot (Carla 040). No big deal of course, but funny that neither of us noticed it during the selection. Seven years is a long time. Anyway, it's nice to compare our efforts then and now.
