The floating lens is an interesting phenomenon, especially when seen "en profil". With this in mind, I asked Dana to pose that way first. My next request was to turn her head towards me, ever so slowly. Model photography can be real precision work. The shadow of Dana's head on the wall gave us the opportunity to show the power rings in the lenses to great effect. Minus six is a fairly common prescription but enough to illustrate why I call the glasses of a lady her "Crystal Veil".
